how to make appuifw global -

Hello,
I have a problem  . I try to make appuifw.note() global. It means that i want to see popup notes when i'm on "desktop" when aplikation is running on bg. I hear the sound of note but ot os not vivible.Can anybody help me?

It is possible to display global events using globalui module.
Check that out. There is an example on the FN Wiki and Croozeus.com tutorials.
