i searched google for getting the phone number in java ? i found many results telling it's impossible ...
i would like to know if there is a way , and some code snippets would be geart

Do you mean get the phone's own number? That isn't possible, sadly.

Search petrib's posts about MSISDN on these boards. The situation is that the phone does not really know its phone number (the network matches teh IMSI to MSISDN on network side, and hence it could be in some HTTP requests, if they go through operator proxy).
And even though it might be stored on some SIM cards, but on on all, and there is no mechanism to retrieve that number (if it exists) from Java ME.
