E51 doesn't authorize my nokia BH-101 headset??? -

I recently bought a nokia E51 (fw 200.34.36 24-04-2008 RM-244 (276.01)). After I scan for my nokia BH-101 headset and while I set it to connect automatically it doesn't connect automatically and when I connect manual I have to enter the code every time! ????
On my old E51 it used to connect automatically....why doesn't it work on my new E51??
