Hi,
Using JuME targetting a host of series 40 and 60 Devices; how is it possible to retrieve the CellId, MCC,MNC,and LAC. Does the jar have to be signed in order for it to return data for a series 40 phone. Thanks

For S40 application needs to be signed under operator and manufacturer domain. So if not agreement with any of them, then no reachable:
