My Nokia 7650 is dead! -

My 7650 seems to be completely dead. When I try to switch it back on, the screen turns white for a second, as if it is about to come on, then it just goes off again. The battery was fully charged only a day before this happened, so it has nothing to do with that. Can anyone advise please?
