Hi,
I am trying to connect to a headset device from my cellphone using J2ME. The problem is that once the headset device is paired with the phone it doesn't allow to make any device/service discovery. I was trying to connect using RFCOMM connection using 0x1108 UUID (default UUID for headset devices), but I couldn't make device discovery for that device. After that I decided to use serial connection and AT commands, but when I tried to list all comm ports (System.getProperty("microedition.commports")) on my N95 cellphone it returned the following string: USB0,COM0,IR0,BT0...BT63Since there are 64 BT ports I am not sure to which one I should connect. Is there any other way to connect to the headset device and catch an event when I press any button on headset? Thanks. |
