My company makes bluetooth module based on CSR BC6 chip. I am trying to get it to work on S60 emulator. The BC6 module connects to PC running S60 emulator via a COM port. I used a BlueSuite BtCli to set PSKeys then warm reset the chip, then the S60 emulator is able to control the chip after configuring BCSP and COM port number. Now I have several issues.
1. I can only get it to work by setting baud rate to 115200. Any other rate does not work. The BC6 supports up to 3Mbps baud rate, which I can not use. How can I change the baud rate to higher? 2. After connecting to a real BT headset (Motorola HT820), I do not know if it is connecting to SCO or A2DP profile. The headset beeps periodically and I can not get any sound out of it. 3. What I need to do to bootstrap the chip (set pskeys) in S60 instead of using BtCli? Thanks for help. |
