unable to connect thro 1 touch access to the internet on my phone(using bluetooth) -

i can't connect to the internet thro' my phone using nokia pc suite's 1touch access.
Everytime i try to, it says modem not found, even though the modem is installed the first time you connect the phone to pc suite.. I think it is to do with multiple bluetooth stacks installed.. The question is how to find all the stacks that are installed on the pc and how to uninstall some of them. I am using bluesoleil 2.3.0.0 release 060728 Stack version: 05.04.11.20060622 using windows xp sp2! any solution??
