Hi,
I have an old program that's working on old Nokia 6021 that had some RMS based data store. I used to backup the data on a PC using bluetooth SPP with a Java Comm program running on PC. I don't remember having made any specific settings on the PC side so that the bluetooth client program connects to the serial port on PC running a serial port listener. Now, I have changed my PC and with everything else setup, the device while executing bluetooth client program is not able to connect to the server program running on the PC. Not sure if I need to do anything on the PC side to setup the comm port. I am using the hardcoded bluetooth URL - btspp://localhost:11111111111111111111111111111111. How does the client program know which COMM port that it needs to connect ? I tried with all the bluetooth comm ports on the PC, but it didn't help. Please help Thanks Kishore |
