You may want to use Python IDLE which comes with Python for Windows, otherwise a notepad or a notepad++ could be the best simple tool as well.

If you are looking for editors on S60 platform, search for PED which is a good .py and .txt file editor.

There is no specific ide for PyS60. You can use the normal python ide for editing your code.

As gaba88 told you specific IDE for PyS60 is not available but you can use either Python IDLE or if need editor for mobile than use python editor PED available on source forge. Simply search on google and you will have many link available.

I use PyScripter and Netbeans (latest dev python build). Both offer intellisense/code help and are quite good as IDEs goes.
