Hi,
I‘ve got a external PYD module from software vendor and I’d like include it in my SIS file. How do this with ensymble and py2sis option. Should I create special folder in sources root directory or something ?

Ensymble v0.27 has a bug, making it impossible to include PYD files with the --exrasdir option of the py2sis command. Yesterday I released Ensymble v0.28 which resolves this bug.

PYD files are actually DLLs. Symbian OS v9 and later require DLLs to be placed in \sys\bin and nowhere else. You can do that with the --extrasdir opption. For example, if your directory structure looks like this:

myapplication\
    root\
        sys\
            bin\
                myextension.pyd
    default.py

, you use Ensymble like this:

ensymble.py --extrasdir=root myapplication
