Im am encrypting image using boucy-castle api tried with 3DES,Rijndael,Blowfish algorithms the problem is after decryption i am not getting the image of same quality, the quality is very much degraded
Is there a very to encrypt image using encryption algorithms

image encryption and subsequent decryption should usually not interfere with image quality.. are you sure that they are the reason of image quality degradation?

Yes the quality is degraded and in such a way that image is not viewable

Encryption is not "lossy". The algorithm itself is not your problem. I'd guess it is connected with the way in which you are passing the image to the encryption algorithm, or the way you are converting the decrypted data back to an image.

Hi,

If image quality is degraded then please have a look at Base 64 algorithm. It is not an encryption algorithm but encoding mechanism. I have not tried it. Do try it out and see if it helps.
