can you help i need a passcode for my hbh-15 ericsson head set on my 6310 ive tryed 0000 but does not accept and i need to pair them because every time i switch it off it does not work can you help

You should notice that when you pair HBH-15 from 6310, you don't need to enter the pin code, i.e. no authentication. Under such scenario, 6310 does not save the pairing information (note that HBH-15 not found in paired device list). In short, HBH-15 and 6310 is just connected, but not paired. Therefore, when they are disconnected and connected again, 6310 does not 'remember' HBH-15 anymore.

Even worser, when you try to connect to 6310 from your HBH-15, though you are asked to enter the PIN, it will never be success as there is an inter-operability problem in authentication between 6310 and HBH-15. It is probably because HBH-15 is quite an old product (maybe it's Bluetooth 1.0B) while 6310 is Bluetooth 1.1 product.
