Greetings,
For too long I have been writing this application. Now it's time to make a release, with 1/3 of what it should be. Just had enough of listbox crashes for a while, might continue later. http://jouni.miettunen.googlepages.com/kreditexchange Kredit Exchange Currency rates are very confusing, at least for me. I learned value of material things using Finnish Markka. Then we were given European Euro and shops had price tags with two currencies. Moved to Hungary for some years, using Hungarian Forint and wondering the high inflation. Nowadays when I travel I always convert local currencies to Finnish Markka, European Euro and Hungarian Forint. Hoping one of those would alert me, if something costs way too much. Kredit Exchange is a traveller's utility, focusing entirely into quick currency conversion. Main Features * Supports 34 currencies (see details below). * Works offline, conversion rates can be refreshed over the air. * UI with country flags and 1-row or 2-row list * Change value for one currency, all others are updated Keyboard Usage * Star - toggle between 1-row and 2-row listbox * Joystick right - see more details about current selection (currency info or detail) * Select - query new currency amount Supported Currencies Australian Dollar, Bulgarian Leva, Brazilian Real, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Chinese Yuan Renminbi, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Estonian Kroon, European Euro, British Pound Sterling, Hong Kong Dollar, Croatian Kuna, Hungarian Forint, Indonesian Rupiah, Indian Rupee, Japanese Yen, South Korean Won, Lithuanian Lita, Latvian Lat, Mexican Peso, Malaysian Ringgit, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Philippine Peso, Polish Zloty, Romanian New Leu, Russian Rouble, Swedish Krona, Singapore Dollar, Thai Baht, Turkish new Lira, US Dollar, South African Rand. Version History Version 1.10, 2009-04-16 * First release, simplified version with 34 currencies * Tested with N82 Version 1.00, never released * Long and sad story * Released 1 real and 4 sample applications * Installed PyS60 1.9.x several times, studied a lot * Reported one PyS60 1.4.5 and several PyS60 1.9.x defects Enjoy, --jouni going to do something completely different next |
