I have developed an app that I am trying to port to Nokia 40 series phones. I use IntelliJ and Sun's J2ME Wireless Toolkit together with various Nokia SDK's. This works fine.

However, I am not able to setup a Textfield so that it accepts decimal number input. The TextField.NUMMERIC constraints only allow integers, and if I use text, the user can enter whatever he wants, besides it gets very inconvenient to enter numbers. When talking about ?NN\*N? etc., does this refer to the use of Textfields.

I am sure there is an obvious answer to my problems, its just that I don't see it.
