Hello how can i use key codes to capture when somebody press the number keys in my n95?

im usign the key_codes module and
the arrows keys works fine if i use: key_codes.EKeyLeftArrow but the number keys doesnt work
ive tried with key_codes.EKey1, key_codes.EKey2, key_codes.EKey 3, etc , but no luck

any idea?
