I´m new to python development and I will need help.

I have to develop a application that have to autostart up when the device is turned on.
Will make http post connection to server.
Switch from background to foreground.
Store data in persistent memory database.

Is this possible for 3rd edition FP1?
Some script or orientation will be appreciated.
