Hello,

Is there anyway to control the flash of the camera?

I want to turn it on or off, to use like a lanterna!

( I tried to read the pys60 1.4.5 doc, but it only talks about the flash modes to take photos... )

hello petrybr

if i got you correctly you can keep the flash on/off by changing the flash argument in the take_photo function of the camera module.

take_photo([mode, size, zoom, flash, exposure, white_balance, position])

you can get more details in the reference documentation.

petrybr already said he knew about using the flash when taking photos...

I don't think there is any way to keep the flash on.
