Hi,

my new N86 shows strange behaviour: The native Software (Videozentrale) does not play any Video, neither Real Player nor the new Interface. Both hang immediately and do not Play Video or Sound. 3rd Party Software do this perfectly (Core-Player for Example). No matter which Video: self taken with the phone, preinstalled videos ...

And i am not in a position to play Sound Files from a SD-Card. It holds 600 Songs which play perfectly in my N82. But the Audio-Player does not recognize anything on SD-Card - Only built in Mass Storage is covered. Again core does it well.

Oh and by the way: what is the switch on the left side good for? Obviously no Function, but can by used by 3rd-Party Software again.

Any suggestions? Would be highly appreciated (before i will return the phone before the 2-weeks-period in Germany is over)
