How I can make my program display the people that they have my program only when discovering people with bluetooth ???

if i get you properly then you can apply the client-server model where you can hardcode a bluetooth address in your application and once the application starts it will send a flag to the bluetooth server that is your phone, then you can display the whole lists of phone.
