Better way to showcase Downlink speeds -

Hi,
Can streaming be used to showcase the downlink speed difference between WCDMA(R99),Rel5 HSDPA and Rel7 HSPA+ . Else is there a better way to do that .. Please help me with some ideas. Thanks, Sarma
