I'm currently trying to do some simple audio signal processing based on the AudioStreamExample.

The comments in the code says the audio samples are comprised of 16 bit PCM data. But in the code, it creates an iStream pointing to *HBufc8

So is the audio data 8 bit, or 16 bit? Does this have something to do with dual/mono channel?

thanks
