I've just received delivery of the new 5100 today but it is almost impossible to turn on due to the design of the on/off button. My 13 year daughter has no chance of turning it on which is a bit of a problem as the phone is aimed at the youth market.

Apart from that it's a great phone.

My flatmate bought hers on Saturday and she had that problem but now its Tuesday and its getting easier!!!

You just have to bear with it for now until it wears in a bit then its much easier
