i am from China. i just got a 5100 phone from a swiss friend, but i have problem in turning on the phone. i tried many times, i could neither turn on nor charge the phone. i cannot read german so I cannot get help from the manual.... if there is anybody who can be helpful, please comment, thanks!

If the phone is new or if the battery has been empty for a while then you would need to give it a full charge first, try charging overnight and then come back to see if it works
