Is there anyone know how to get the value setting of GPRS and EGPRS Bandwidth -

Is there anyone know how to get/set the Default value setting of GPRS and EGPRS Bandwidth in real player which is preloaded in different Symbian Operating system from Nokia?
Since I have been streaming video application and would like to encode video files to best fit with default setting bandwidth from Nokia. Thank you very much
