How Can I recovery a .mp4 File? -

Hi!
I need to recover some videos in .mp4 extension that accidentally I deleted from the micro SD ( N95) I tried to use many recovery tools and they recovery the files but are not recognized by any player... I think so that when I delete any file I modify necesary info to play it before deleting. can that be true? Here can see the difference between a original video and a recovered video using the gspot tool http://i27.tinypic.com/10gwfvp.jpg anybody have idea how Can I modify or recovery the .mp4 file? You can try extracting the raw data out of the mp4 container. There is a great and free application for that i currently cant remind but its somewhere on my server.
I'll look for it tomorrow and post it here. Or try QuickTime
