This is closely related to the recent discussion about video specs for S60 5th Edition. My question however is very specific so I'm hoping someone at Nokia or other content generators in the know can answer it:

Which formats, and at what maximum bitrates and other applicable specifications, can I generate nHD (640x360) video content that will play successfully on the 5800 & N97?

The information on Device Multimedia Features page is a little better than the specs posted in the device info, so it is good in that sense. The reason why it doesn't answer my question is because no specific info about max bitrates/max resolution/codec/format are included. I've tried several ways to get nHD content using H.264 codec but none of plays on the 5800. QVGA using the same codec plays perfect. So there's some information missing, which is my question.
