Real Player - Unable to play either sound or video clip - trying to play partially -

Hi,
I have a Nokia N96, I'm unable to play videos in the device, It gives me the error "Unable to play either sound or video clip - trying to play partially". I tried changing the Video Settings in the handset & tried playing the videos, but couldn't succeed. I get the error even for the videos recorded in the handset. I have updated the firmware thrice. Can anybody help me??? I wanted to know if the Real Player can be updated, if yes...where can I get the update? Device Firmware: 30.033 RM-247
