RealPlayer Not Working -

When I click on realplayer, it goes back to the applications page. But when I remove the memory card, and click realplayer, it works, realplayer opems.
The nokia care said it might be a virus & formated the phone memmory & card. But still the problem occurs. What is wrong ?
