Nokia PC suite 4.81 Error code 80004002 -

I am getting an error code 80004002 after installing and trying to run this software.
I am trying to link my laptop and my nokia 6310i Previously I had this software working, but I had to uninstall it and install Nokia PC suite 4.6 to program a nokia 6385 phone. After uninstalling 4.6 and installing 4.81 it will not run and gives me the above error code. I have tried several installs and uninstalls rebooting each time.
