Hi,

I have a problem installing the MMConverter 2.0b1 software :

During the installation process, when I enter my username and S/N ..
I got an error message like "the S/N does not match the username".
I have tried several times to get a new S/N but still receive the same.

A colleague has the same problem with a different username and S/N.

Anyone meet the same issue ?

Any help would be welcome.

Hi there,

I had the same problem. In the end, I downloaded it again and requested a serial number at the same time.

The new sn was different, the software installed ok and recognised my username and pw and works fine.

and very cool it is too.

You can also try getting the serial number from the web site on the page you downloaded it from:

that's what I did each time, but I always receive the same S/N .. the one that does not work :-(

I'm having the same problem.
Please, if someone have solved (or if Forum Nokia solved on his side), I'l be glad to share the solution.

i solved it yesterday and got a friend to test it just to make sure. when you download the converter dont ask for the serial number then, when you install it dont put a username or password in. instead request a new serial number it will do this via the net and will ask you fro your username and password for the nokia forum then check your e-mail address. it will then send you the right serial number for you to get the converter on your pc.
