Hi,
unfortunately Series 30 and Series 40 devices do not support .wav or .amr file formats. Kind regards, Tinke / FN

Yes, Series 30 devices play OTT files with Nokia UI API.
A clarification on Series 40: the new Nokia 3300 music phone supports Mobile Media API so with that you can play MIDI, .wav and .amr files also. Kind regards, Tinke / FN
