Nokia S60 与 Symbian 区别在哪里?

Symbian OS, in general, is an operating system developed for handheld devices. Currently, it has quite a few releases and DFRDs (device family reference design):

1) EPOC R5
2) ER5U
3) Quartz (6.0, 6.1)
4) Crystal (Communicator, 6.0)

Now, Symbian has new naming like:

UIQ 1.0 (Symbian 6.0),
UIQ 1.1 (Symbina 6.1)
UIQ 2.0 (Symbian 7.0 )

Currently, Nokia Series 60 is based on Symbian 6.1. However, Nokia has changed its GUI part (Avkon) to make it fit for Nokia screen.
