I have quite an odd issue with my 3650. When I open RealOne player, it shows the phone memory is always empty (incorrectly). When I press 'right' so that the memory card is selected I now see the contents of the phone memory. This leaves me with no way I can access the memory card to play files in RealOne.

Videos I've recorded on the builtin camera play fine in the normal Hantro 3.4 player. When I used the SelecQ file browser I was able to open the files in RealOne by selecting them in the SelecQ browser.

But I have no idea why I can't view the memory card contents from within RealOne.

I believe this was an issue from the moment I bought the phone, and not one that has developed afterwards. I have firmware 2.50.

Any ideas?

I found the solution.

There's a file C:\system\data\realplayer.cfg that contains a line that mentions MMC address. I changed this to E:\ and everything works fine now.

It was a bit awkward though, I needed to use SelecQ to send the file to my PC, edit it, then put it back again.
