i make a little modification on the HelloWorld. file
MENU_ITEM {command = EHelloWorldCommand1; txt = "你好";},
instead of
MENU_ITEM {command = EHelloWorldCommand1; txt = "Hello";},
so it can not deal with my chinese character
i wonder if i can use 1.0SDK to develop chinese application for
Series60 phones.
maybe my method is too foolish, but please give me some guide
then i will work hard on it.

Hi,

In order to make a Chinese application:

1) you may need to download Chinese Symbian SDK 0.9 (currently, this is the latest version) from Forum Nokia website. In this case, you can debug your application on PC emulator. Of course, probably, you need to have a Chinese 7650 phone to verify your application. Current 1.0 SDK does not support Chinese.

2) Please go to the following website to download a sample code called "Chinese display". In the sample code, it will teach you how to make a Chinese display Symbian application.
