Would like to know whether the BT stack on Nokia 3650 provides an emulated serial port, and how can I access it?

You can access it via sockets, on RFCOMM or L2CAP layers. Bluetooth PointToPoint coding example in the Series 60 SDK v1.0 for Symbian OS deals with RFCOMM. It could be helpful for you.
