Problems with Conceptronic BT USB adapter and 3650? -

I have bought a Conceptronic BT usb adapter and I've got it properly installed with win2k.When I attempt to connect both PC and phone, already paired, i get an error: "The Bluetooth Serial Port connection failed: The remote device closed the connection".
What can I do to fix this problem? Have everyone tried an adapter like mine?
