6310i Firmware Update in China? -

Can anyone help me to get some sense of this. I am trying to get
my 6310i updated to 5.50 here in Shanghai but all the Nokia dealers, including the Helpline in Beijing, seem to think there is no such update / or if I push them, they tell me they cannot do it. Question, does anybody know why and a way around this issue? Thanks, Martin.
