I'm really getting crazy!!!

I know that to send to a mobile phone a LINK to a file or to a page it is necessary to send a wap Push or a bookmarks through smart messaging.
I've got a nokia connected to my PC and i alredy use that to send text, logo operators and normal ringing tones contents with SMS.
I use the Nokia PC Connectivity library to build the correct SMS and send it.

Know i would like to know which are the parameters that i have to set to send a correct wap push final sms, i mean, if the final state of a wap push is an sms, i can skip the PPG, build the correct sms by my self using the nokia library and setting the correct "protocol identifier" and "data coding scheme" and send it directly from my pc connected nokia mobile.

can you help me some way??
