I am wondering what is the best way to develop a point-to-point application which could be able to transfer files from Nokia 3650 (client) to PC (server) and vice versa. I guess that there could be a virtual COM port listener application on the PC side to transfer information through serial ports, but is it possible to use OBEX push and pull methods from the client side to transfer files so that the client application does "whole the job"? For example, one such task could be synchronizing some server-side file directory with the phone.

Nokia 3650/7650 support Object Push, not Pull. You can also send files over RFCOMM (serial port profile).

Okay, thanks for the information. One more question, if 3650 doesn´t support Object Pull, is there any neat way to transfer files from PC to phone? What kind of application there should be on PC side?

If you need to send files programmatically, you should create OBEX service or use serial port in the PC side application.
