I bought myself the 6310i phone because I have always sworn by Nokia, and I wanted Bluetooth because I am disabled and it is easier to use the phone with a wires free headset. I then shelled out a hundred quid (all but a penny) for the official Nokia headset. It came with 2 clips for attaching it to the ear. Fair do's, I thought. The first one broke on the second day. the second broke a week later. Now I know why they pack 2! Flimsy buggers aint they? So, after cursing Nokia for making me pay out even more money, I went in search of replacements. Guess what? no shop I visited, including Link and Carphone warehouse can supply them. I emailed Nokia. Guess what? NO REPLY! So I took the thing back to the shop, who said they will not accept its return as a) I have not got the complete unit, (ie 2 clips) and b) it is working as described. Therefore I have got a unit that cost me a hundred quid I can ill afford, that is now sitting in a drawer because I cannot use it and Nokia will not answer my emails. Does ANYONE know where I can get some earclips for it? and if they are not Nokia clips, all the better as they will be cheaper and possibly last longer than a week!
