Looking for mobile settings to connect to a WAP proxy server supporting TCP ???? -

Hi !
I'm presently testing the stack TCP on the mobile side. I'd like to connect to a WAP proxy server supporting TCP. Does anybody know the parameters of such such WAP proxy ? - IP address - Port adress - Id - Password - Server telephone number etc.. Thanks for your help
