bug with 3410 and destroyApp not being called -

Hi everyone,
I think i've found a bug with the 3410 (I hope its not just me :) In my MIDlet subclass i need the phone to call destroyApp(boolean) so the game can save its data to the RMS - but the phone never seems to call it when i quit the game by pressing the red button! Even in the emulator destroyApp doesnt get called! Has anyone else noticed this? Please help! thanks for any feedback, Alan.

destroyApp is not called on the 3410.
