Concerning com.nokia.mid.sound.Sound,
What tone formats are supported by which Series 40 phones? Which Series 40 phones can play WAV format? Can any Series 40 phones can play sp-midi files? Thanks!

I don't believe any Series 40 phone can play those formats. Only the 7650 supports WAV. I'm not sure about midi.
To my knowledge series 40 only supports FORMAT_TONE.
