Bluetooth stack for PC and series 60 phones -

Hi!
I want to develop an application program for a PC and a series 60 phone. The program would be about the communication between the PC and the phone by means of bluetooth. Is there a Bluetooth stack that can be used for developing both the PC and phone's program? Or is it possible to use the Symbian Bluetooth stack for developing programs for PC? Thanks in advance!
