Most of the USB devices for bluetooth and infrared connectivety with the modem of Nokia 3650 do not work. Nokia needs to modify its software for modem set up immediately.

tested a varity of dongles and USB adapters for 3650 and not had any problems using modem on any of them.

Infrared can be tricky because the phone supports IrDa standard and not FIR standard which most dongles, adapters and laptop's use now. In most cases updating Ircomm files and adjusting speed for the Irda device in devicemanager solved the problem.

As goes for Bluetooth I've managed to use modem on all adapters I've tested. But Widcomm Stack drivers has not worked properly with PC Suite SW or managing phone in other SW.
