Certificates for MIDP 2.0 -

I have a CA signed SSL certificate.
I suppose I need to import that into my NDS in order to sign MIDlets with it? If so, how can that be done? Do I need to create a matching key pair for it before hand? Please help

Would you help to explain a little bit how to process the registration part if I have got a SSL key in hand.
