I installed and used the Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 to convert a couple of AVI video clips to the .3gp format.

However, 2 strange errors (?) appear:

1) The .3gp video output is converted upside down. That means that what supposed to be on top is on the bottom, and vice versa.

2) Many times, the application suddenly shuts down after converting a couple of clips.

Anyone who can help me solve these problems?
