Some games show image while game is loading. How it's done? How you load image, show it and then load rest of the game?

I guess it's more like: game shows image while initializing. So what actually happens is: the Midlet loads, then displays splash image and then loads further in-game images, pre-renders some stuff and so on. When done it switches to game screen.

This can be achived by using Splash screens and use of alerts.
