Hello !
After a couple of days I try to get a simple tone from a Nokia 7650. But it did'nt work. On the emulator I have everythink workes like i expected but not on a real device !!

I try also the Tone Example from nokia with the same result (NO TONES !).

Any one has an idea. Is there a bug in the firmware ? Are the workarrounds to solve it ?

Hi

Is it so that you have enabled your sounds as normally,
no ascending or meeting mode?

If the examples are not working you need to bring your device to the service for updating the software version.

I have made a music midlet...
It works good on nokia symbian serie 60 MIDP concept SDK Beta 0.3.1 emulator...
But if a try it on EPOC symbian versione 1.2.1 there's no tone.
So if I put the midlet in the 7650 phone it makes no sound...
..
I don't know how can i make something for made this midlet working..

I also tried to play OTT format data on both 7650 and 3650, they can play, but will stop if you press any button. But this won't happen on 3100. I'd like to know why. I didn't have SoundListener there.
